Consulting Services
We live in a fast-paced world with continuous demands from work and family. The goal of this course is to help you develop tools for managing stress, which can not only negatively impact your performance, but can have real, lasting consequences for your physical health, well-being, and memory as you age.

This course is broken up into hour and a half workshops once a week, for six weeks. It’s ideal for high-performance corporate staff, executives, hospital staff, hospice workers, and any other high-demand positions.
Courses/Workshops
Every year there WILL be kids walking into school with trauma.

One of my passions is helping administrators and teachers with trauma informed care, as well as helping them understand neurodivergent kiddos—specifically those with ADHD who are experiencing trauma. We’ll cover what trauma looks like, how it manifests in kids, the impact it can have in the classroom, as well as what can we do to help and how to respond.

Research has shown that one of the best thing we can do to help these kids is to help the adults around them learn to use, and then share, their own tools, learn to regulate their own emotions. At the heart of it is helping kids learn to modify their own behavior when we can’t be there to help them.
Speaking Engagements
If your goal is to create a healthier workplace, I can help.

We’ll work together to identify potential stressors and factors in your workplace that could be causing mental-health crises in your employees. Driven by psychological understanding of one another, we can build effective methods for communication; develop a safe, healthy, and productive environment; and lay out tailored goals that align with your organization’s goals and unique needs.
